MS Finnmarken is a former Hurtigruten vessels which were delivered to ship owner Vesteraalens Dampskibsselskab (VDS) in 1956. The ship was build number 788 by Werft Blohm & Voss in Hamburg, Germany. She sailed in the period 1956 to 1993, interrupted only by dockings. Later the ship is preserved and today the country as part of the Coastal Express Museum at Stokmarknes.
