BRIEF HISTORY
Parma (ex Arrow)
was a four-masted steel-hulled barque which was built in 1902 by
A Rodger & Co in Port Glasgow. The Parma was one of the last,
fastest and most advanced deep sea sailing ships of the 20th
century . The holder of the world's speed record for the Europe
Australia passage.
