MODEL MODERN YACHT PRINCESS 60

Our model is hand-crafted from hard wood with planks on frame construction. The hull is hollow inside and then is painted with color like the original color of the real boat. This model is not a kit and ready for display. All the metal fittings, rails are brass chromed. Model comes with a base.

Princess 60 History

Founded in Plymouth in 1965 as Marine Projects (Plymouth) Ltd, it was bought in 1981 by South African businessman Graham J. Beck
In June 2008, Beck sold a 75% stake in the business to French businessman Bernard Arnault's investment group, L Capital 2 FCPR, a division of LVMH for500 million in June 2008. The LVMH group includes over 60 international luxury brands including Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Fendi, De Beers, Moet Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, and Krug. Other Marine interests include Superyacht builder Feadship.
In 2010 Princess became the first major European boat-builder to be awarded ISO14001. Every Princess model up to 85 feet (26 m) in length meets the RINA Green Plus (Y) notation, an independently verified environmental accreditation from the Classification Society RINA and applies to each individual model.
The Princess 60, powerful, elegant and delivering an incredible on-board experience, is now one of the most exciting flybridge yachts on the market. The Princess 60 overall length (excl. pulpit) is 60ft 3in (18.36m) and it is equipped with Twin Volvo D13-800 (2 x 800mhp), Speed range: 31-33 knots. With excellent sea-keepeing capabilities yet perfect for living on board, the accommodation of this Princess 60 allows for 6 persons in 3 superb cabins.
